Terms and conditions

  1. All prices are on F.O.B. (Free on Board). And are based on current conversion rates of foreign currencies. Prices are subject to be changed due to fluctuation of international currencies.

  2. Please allow us 2-6 weeks for delivery depending on the mode of transport after the merchandise  gets ready. We ship thru Standard Air cargo or requested by the customers.

  3. Minimum Order should be of USD 500 for Silver 925 Jewelry and USD 650 for other products. (Any assortment)

  4. For Minimum order, the total value must be fully paid in advance at the time of order confirmation as  it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us. On request we will provide you our bank details .

  5. For the orders superior to USD 650, the order will be considered as confirmed on receiving the 50 % of the total value as advance.

  6. To our regular costumers we send time to time the photographs of new arrivals by e-mail attachments and on approval of same we send the samples by courier.

 

How to order on our website:

While using our website with each product you have an option to choose the products you like (Add to cart) and you may put those products in the ENQUIRY FORM by just a click. You may update the actual quantity of each product you require in this form (please respect the minimum quantity mentioned).

Once you select your order, forward us the enquiry form and our concerned executive will get in touch with you. A copy of your order will be sent to you automatically on your e-mail address that you have given while registering with us.

If you are looking for any product that you don't find on our website but is related to our product range, Just send us a photograph and details by an attachment on e-mail. We can produce the same at your target quality and price.

 

Packing :
Each product is packed separately and then in big cartons or wooden boxes. When the goods are sent there are generally multiple handling points, and the goods are often kept for warehousing during transit. Since we understand the goods sent by us are of great value to our customer therefore we take best care for safety of the cargo. We have specific packing solution to the various ranges of products manufactured by us.

 

Freight charges by Air:

All freights by Air are between USD 2 – 5 per Kilogram depending on Destinations and flights (Direct or connecting flights). And Minimum USD 50 for upto 10 kilograms.

Shipping Charges by Sea:

USA US$ 65 to 85.00/cubic meter, Europe US$ 55.00/cubic meter Base Ports & Major Inland Ports US$ 70 to 90. Shipping fees fluctuate with port, season and price of oil. All pieces are wrapped and marked with ID number on the outside.

  1. The 20 feet container: It has a capacity of 32 cubic meters and measures 5.89m(L) X2.35 (W) X2.39 (H).
  2. The 40 feet container: It has a capacity of 64 cubic meters and measures 12.03m(L) X2.35 (W) X2.39 (H).
  3. The High Cube 40 feet container: It has a capacity of 70 cubic meters and measures 12.03m(L) X2.35 (W) X2.69 (H).

Exporting Documents Fees :

The Exporting Documents consist of Certificates of Origin or G.S.P. General System of Preferences, Fumigation Certificates, Bills of Lading, Invoice & Packing List, so can clear custom when the goods arrived. Export Documentation Fees for various sizes shipment is US$ 100 immaterial of size of consignment

 

SHIPPING DOCUMENTS


Bill of Lading
The Bill of Lading is the most important document without it the container cannot be claimed. It contains important data such as container's number; seal number; bill of lading's number; etc.
It is mandatory and the cost is included in the Shipping expenses.

Packing List
The Packing List contains the complete list of all the pieces loaded inside the container, the total number of pieces and the total number of cartons (or cases) plus the volume measures (in cubic meters). The totals must coincide with the ones printed on the Bill of Lading and the Invoice. It is mandatory and the cost is included in the Shipping expenses.

Invoice
The Invoice contains the prices of each single piece and the total value of the container's goods. Import taxes, VAT, etc. are calculated according to such figures. It is mandatory and the cost is included in the Shipping expenses.

Fumigation
The Fumigation/Disinfection's Certificate certifies that the goods contained inside the container have been fumigated/ disinfected against insects, fungi or any other kind of parasite that could be carried within the wooden material. In some countries is not mandatory; costs are different depending on the quantity of goods to be disinfected and are not included in the Shipping expenses.

Insurance
It is not mandatory; cost depends on the kind of insurance requested and is calculated according to the goods' total value as printed on the Invoice.
